From a series of sketchbook drawings, David Shillinglaw created assorted hieroglyphs to help him navigate space and locate a sense of home. Inspired by his own local cosmos, they’re all ordinary objects and shapes: the keys to his house, the moon, trees in the park. So this throw with its richly colored symbols offers you a peek inside Shillinglaw’s world, but only he has the key (pun totally intended)!
